Tailored for groups up to 20 guests, Luxcoach is not your average coach. We are have lounge style seating with an on board cocktail bar and butler service.

Below are some ways you can integrate Luxcoach into your upcoming event, and create an experience that will leave lasting impressions.
Full Day Hire
Perfect for return travel to and from lunch. Host your EOY presentation on a 50inch LCD TV in our commodious lounge area, while being served the finest labels in crystal wear from our onboard cocktail bar.
All of this can be done on your way to your choice of venue. On your return you can mingle and enjoy the intimate social experience of your own private cocktail bar as we take you back to your final drop off location.
Hourly Hire
This option is great for smaller events and will transform just an average dinner in Melbourne to a night your clients or staff will never forget.
Hourly hire is available after 6pm, and will allow us to pick you up from your office or desired location and spend an hour taking a scenic route around Melbourne while your guests enjoy drinks in their own private cocktail bar before arriving at your choice of venue for dinner.
Venue Packages
Looking for a more inclusive experience where we take care of the planning for you? We offer three different venue packages tailored for groups between 15 to 20 guests.
Visit some of Victorias best venues and leave a lasting impression with your clients or staff with an inclusive experience they will never forget.
Half Evening Hire
We simply take you wherever you’d like to go! All venue reservations are to be organised by our clients. However we will happily provide some example itineraries for your reference in how you can utilise your Luxcoach experience. Whether you would like to organise a wine tour, wedding, corporate function or simply just luxury travel to your next event, your experience starts from your doorstep.
